ADVARSEL STÆRKT VANEDANNENDE!!! Popcorn beskrives ofte som en meget usund og usmart madvare, men det er ikke hele sandheden. Popcorn majs er 100% fuldkorn og er kun rigtig usundt pga. det høje fedt- og saltindhold. Heldigvis indeholder denne opskrift intet fedt og næsten intet salt.
Istedet er de dækket af min bedste sukkerfri chokolade sauce, mums ! ❤

Der er ingen undskyldninger for at vente med at prøve smage. 1-2-3 pop nogle korn!.

WARRING YOU CAN BE ADDICTIVE !! Popcorn is often described a really unhealthy food and a bad snack, but that is not the true!! Popcorn corn is actually 100 % wholegrain and is only unhealthy and bad for you when it is covered up in salt and fat. Luckily my recipe is fat free, no oil or butter and contains only a pinch of salt.
Instead my  chocolate popcorn is covered in a delicious sugar free chocolate sauce, Yummy !! So what are you waiting for? 1-2-3 pop some corn !!

Sunde Chokoalde Popcorn Healthy Chocolate popcorn
Det skal du bruge:

  • En mikroovns sikker skål + en tallerken som låg.
  • En skål eller kop, til at lave chokoladesaucen.

Chokoladesauce:
Ingredienser:

  • 2 Spsk Easis Perfect fit
  • ½-1 tsk. Kakaopulver
  • 1-2 tsk. Vand

Kom alle ingredienserne I en skål/kop og giv det en tur i mikroovnen indtil det er flydende.
– Lad det køle, så det begynder at tykne, ellers giv det endnu en tur i mikroovnen.

Fedtfrie popcorn:
Ingredienser:

  • 2 Spsk Popcorn majs
  • 1 Spsk. Vand

Kom alle ingredienserne i en mikroovns sikker skål og læg en tallerken som låg ovenpå.
Giv dem ca ca. 7 min.  I mikroovnen.  Stop når de ikke længere popper.

Fordel chokolade sauce udover popcornene og giv dem et drys salt, saltet gør virkelig en fantastisk forskel.

What you will need:

  •  A microwave safe bowl + a plate as a lid to make the popcorn.
  • A small bowl or a cup to make the sauce

Chocolate sauce :
Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. sweetener as powder
  • ½-1 tsp. coca powder
  • 1-2 tsp. water

Add all the ingredients to the mug/bowl and put it in the microwave for 40-50 sec.
– Let it cool and become thicker, if not give it another 20-30 sec in the microwave.

Fat free popcorn.
Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. popcorn corn.
  • 1 tbsp water

Add all the ingredients to the bowl and add the plate as a lid. Place it in the microwave for around 7 min. it is done when you can’t hear them pop anymore.

Pour the chocolate sauce over the popcorn and add a pinch of salt, the salt brings out the flavor and make a world of a different.

Istedet for min chokoladesauce, så prøv at komme Bodylab’s Zero topping ovenpå, det smager også fantastisk. Prøv også at kommer hakket mandler ovenpå min chokolade sauce.

Instead of my chocolate sauce, you can use Bodylab’s topping or another sugar free topping. Try also to add chopped almonds on top of my chocolate sauce.
